30-Day Returns

We want you to buy with confidence. If you're not satisfied, you may return your vSeeBox within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at markkwok1@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with a return authorization and the US return address — typically within one business day.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in resalable condition with all included accessories (remote, cables, adapter, packaging).
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the unit, usually within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Defective or damaged on arrival

If your unit arrives defective or damaged, email us within 7 days and we'll cover the replacement or refund, including shipping.
