Returns & Refunds — VSEEBOX USA
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your vSeeBox V6 Max, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition you received it — remote, cables, power adapter, and original packaging — with proof of purchase.
How to start a return. Email support@vseeboxusa.us within 14 days with your order number. We'll reply with a return authorization and the US return address. Items sent back without authorization can't be accepted.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — then we cover it.
Damaged or wrong item. Inspect your order on arrival and email us right away if anything's defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. Your device is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. If it fails due to a defect, email us and we'll help arrange a repair or replacement. Excludes physical/accidental damage, misuse, and issues from third-party apps or content the user installs.
