We want you to be happy with your vSeeBox. Here's exactly how returns and warranty work, in plain English.

30-Day Returns

You may return your vSeeBox within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

  • Unopened items: Full refund of the purchase price.
  • Opened but undamaged items: Refunded minus a 15% restocking fee to cover repackaging and processing.
  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer, except when the item is defective or we made an error (see Warranty).
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be refundable.

Not eligible: items returned after 30 days; items that are physically damaged, missing parts, or show misuse.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every vSeeBox is covered by the manufacturer's 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from your delivery date.

What's covered: Hardware that stops working due to a manufacturing defect.

What's not covered: accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or power surges; normal wear, cosmetic marks, or lost accessories; issues caused by your internet connection or third-party apps/services (these are not hardware faults).

How a claim works: contact us with your order number and a short description (photos/video help). We'll troubleshoot first — many issues are a quick fix. If it's a confirmed hardware defect, we'll arrange a repair or replacement and cover shipping.

A note on streaming content

The vSeeBox is a hardware streaming device. The availability, performance, and content of any third-party apps or streaming services are controlled by those providers, not by us, and can change at any time. Our warranty covers the device hardware — it does not guarantee any specific channels, apps, or content.
