1-Year Limited Warranty

Every vSeeBox we sell is covered by a 1-year limited warranty, honored here in the United States.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Hardware failures that are not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification.

What's not covered

• Physical/liquid damage, drops, or improper power use.
• Issues caused by third-party apps or content the buyer installs.
• Normal wear or lost accessories.

How to make a claim

Email markkwok1@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). We'll troubleshoot first, and if it's a covered defect we'll arrange a repair or replacement. Because we're US-based, you're dealing with a real person in your time zone — not an overseas inbox.
